UPDATE: Ran into some issues with one of my motorized blinds and reached out to Tim to help. He came by, ordered the parts, and exchanged the blinds all within a month’s time. I was super impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to address the issue in a timely manner. It was such a pleasure working with Tim! He is professional, prompt, and has a ton of affordable, good looking options. It took me months to decide on window treatment but he was patient and guided me along the way. He truly made this difficult process much easier and my wallet is grateful for it! My windows look amazing and I couldn’t be more satisfied!!
